My Mission

My mission as a personal trainer is to teach individuals one-on-one, and through my blog, how to become autonomous in their fitness and nutritional goals.

I strive to customize individual workouts and nutritional plans that fit into busy lifestyles so that your goals can be attainable and maintainable. I value functional fitness, which includes flexibility and mobility training. Functional fitness protects the body from injury and makes everyday life tasks easier.

For individuals with more competitive fitness goals, I am highly experienced, in TRX, calisthenics, and weight training.
